Assuming normal spinal curvature (as is the practise of "Guinness World Records"), with an unconfirmed height of 8 ft 8.25 inches (264.80 cm) Grady Patterson is possibly one of only four people in medical history to exceed a height of 8 ft 6 inches (259.08 cm).
